These terms set out the agreement between you and Adorned & Armed when you use this platform. We have kept them as short and plain as we can. If anything is unclear, write to info@adornedandarmed.com.
By creating an account or browsing the platform, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Adorned & Armed is a Christ-centred discipleship ministry that publishes free devotional journeys, a prayer wall, a small community feed, journaling, and a store of optional companion products.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features. When we do, we will do our best to give notice; for major changes that affect existing user content (e.g. retiring a feature where you have data), we will give at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials (or the Google account you sign in with). One account per person. Don’t share your sign-in link or password.
If you suspect your account has been used by someone else, email info@adornedandarmed.com and we will help you recover it.
Our content. The devotional bulletins, journey copy, audio readings, illustrations, code, and design system are owned by Adorned & Armed. You may read and listen for personal devotional use. Please do not republish, sell, or train models on this content without our written permission.
Your content. Journal entries, prayer requests, testimonies, and community posts remain yours. By posting something publicly (a public prayer, a community reply, an approved testimony), you grant Adorned & Armed a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. You can withdraw that licence at any time by deleting the post or asking us to remove it.
The platform is a quiet, prayerful space. Please treat it as such. While using it, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Where possible, we will contact you first and ask for the content to be edited or taken down by you. For serious or repeat violations, we may act without prior notice.
Decisions about what stays and what goes ultimately sit with the pastoral team. We will be fair, but we will not equivocate when something is harming the community.
Donations to Adorned & Armed are voluntary and non-refundable. They sustain the writing and stewardship of the platform; they do not gate access to anything on it.
Store purchases (books, apparel, bundles) are handled by third-party providers — Lemonsqueezy for digital goods and Spreadshirt for printed and apparel items. Those purchases are subject to the respective provider’s terms, payment policies, and refund rules. We are happy to help if anything goes wrong with an order, but the contractual relationship for the goods themselves is between you and the provider.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every word will be flawless.
Devotional content is for spiritual encouragement and personal devotion. It is not a substitute for licensed counselling, medical advice, or formal pastoral care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified counsellor, your pastor, or your local emergency services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adorned & Armed, its founders, and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible loss.
This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law (for example, where required statutory protections apply to you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Adorned & Armed operates. If a dispute cannot be resolved in good faith between us, it shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you are unsure which that is and you need to know for a specific reason, write to us.
When these terms change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, send a one-time notice to your sign-in email. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
Effective date: May 2026.
